此题答案A，我也做对了，但对于B选项有个小问题，B中的that为什么不能指代前面的 the growth of the global economy?(CD的解释是that指代错误）

it 是代词 指代之前提到的主语  但that指的不是同一个 而是同类比较  且that 这里如果指代的话就是指代句子 错误！that 只能指代可数抽象名词和名次单数

that 是同类比较， 它指代的是前面出现的中心词， 不是全部，因此这里的that不是那个意思
