1. 逗号用错，使得逗号后面的内容回归主句从而使not subjected to的主语变成了the law
2. subjected to 错，be subject to...是习惯用语
3. standards that are as stringent as显得wordy, don't use a clause if a phrase is enough.
4. 介词of用错， standards for vehicles, not standards of vehicles

有在GWD看到解释，standard of students 学生们的水准；standard for students 为学生们设立的标准
