No. Stern is much better than courant. Courant is only famous for its mathmatical in finance and applied math. Computer science in poly is better than courant especially in network aspect. Quote from my American friends.

It makes sense~American students love and respect their school even if their school is bad or worse. They never make negative comment to their school because negative comment what they made means they are denying what they done.That is American thinking. So Stern is good.Stern students absolutely think they are the best~Very makes sense.

I appreciate this point and understand they should be proud of themselves.
However i thought a top business school like Stern must have taught them respecting others and how to earn respect of others.

毕业证会明确表明你是poly学院的。。。其实可以看看poly和nyu有没有重叠的专业，如果有，你懂的。。。

Poly现在就是NYU的一个学院，工程学院。与商学院stern，数学院courant平级。

Poly单独招生？？如果这么说的话，Courant的金融数学硕士也是单独招生的啊。一个大学的两个学院，开设比较类似的硕士项目，这是很正常的事，参考Rutgers、Columbia的三个金融工程相关的硕士项目。

总之，Poly合并进了NYU，但是没有合并进也没有必要合并进Courant.
