今天收到了录取通知，学校说的是只有被录取的学生才能申请奖学金，所以想试着去申请但是有些不明白的希望牛人能帮帮忙啊！

这个这么写啊？一点头绪都没有，还有一个是financial need，那我need 完了不还得给财产证明？那是怎么个写法啊？
