我的问题很简单，就是A里的they are paying的语义不是很奇怪嘛，pay又不是一个持续性动作～

楼主 我做这题的时候 都没有关注到are paying的问题 因为做题的时候根本也没用到...
这道题 首先一看last year's就直接排除了CE两个 BD中的over不对 因为一般都是higher than 所以最后只能选A了...

我对此题也有疑问  前面的they rae paying  强调动作的持续性  我觉得还可以理解
但后面省略的they were(paying)   也是强调去年动作的持续性？

这个问题我也不是很清楚，我猜是不是可以理解为表示持续，今年一直都比去年多付。open to discuss~

还有C中Expectations are for heating-oil prices to be higher this year than last year's because refiners are paying about $5 a barrel for crude oil more than they did
是不是DID 一定要改成were呢？OG 中这个错误未指出~
