关于这个不同指代的问题，一般情况下，我们说相同代词应该指代同一个名词是为了避免指代模糊导致歧义

但是这里并不会导致歧义，即使是不同指代也没有误导读者，所以不算一个错误

这个题为神马很容易排除b啊，我觉得b的结构和前面连起来就是whether。。。or。。。这不是很好吗，虽然they可能有点模糊，但是总还是比两个whether好啊，因为这样意思就分来啊，谢谢
