我知道欧洲的一些商院给奖挺多的，不过总感觉坛子里的同学对美国以外的学校一律不感冒，

介绍一点法国的信息~法国总体来说，奖学金还是蛮丰富的~不仅是学校给的，还有ZF给的和企业给的~
只要有心去申请，基本能弄到不少..特别是国人本来分数就不低
首先学校部分.master在入校的时候，有的学校会直接根据你的申请免去相应学费，例如ESCP，有的需要拿到AD后统一申请，如HEC
金额有的少，有的一半，甚至有牛人全免。我HEC拿到7K多EUR，半奖，HEC只给了2000EUR，打个九折..
同时,有相应的面向全部中国学生的政府奖学金,比如著名的埃菲尔，一个月1K多EUR要多爽有多爽，不过当然竞争也蛮激烈
以及大使馆的France Excellence，一个月767欧生活费和一年的医保+社保..
剩下的就是各种各样五花八门的企业奖学金,这些需要到法国看情况申请,同时会捆绑一些实习项目等等.资金据我有限的了解,都蛮丰富.
还有对于国际学生,法国政府提供住房补贴,一个月100~200欧不等.

For US B-school, undergrad, MS and MBA are always their cash cow. Scholarships are always for the iota minority folks, whose backgrounds really stand out from the program admission pool. "大家讨论下怎么去争取奖学金吧" doesn't really make enough sense. For those experienced professors, our "techniques" are just too simple too naive.
It may be more valuable to search for the programs which offered more in the recent 3 or 4 years. They are trying to attract better students. For those who didn't, no need to expect too much. They are satisfied enough with the current applicants pool. If and only if you are too good for them, they'll provide money, often automatically. Otherwise, you may try with whatever you want, but don't really expect something, especially using skills everyone talk about, see and use on a forum.
Just my 2 cents. No offense.

Aalto University School of Economics, 原来的Helsinki School of Economics, Master in Finance, 目前还是免学费的。生活费一年6万RMB. 在芬兰，国家小气候比较冷，但是项目在欧洲名气还算可以哈~一年招3--5个，基本上只看GMAT.

12个月的program要有six courses & a research project of publishable quality, mgnt里边ib、strategy之类的要做survey 的话仅仅是data collection很可能就要半年以上。不过这个publishable quality有意思，似乎资源很丰富。
ybeybe方便透露下你的background和申请结果吗？看来我们的方向比较近
