Work permit is a serious problem in Switzerland.
But definitely ETH MS Quantitative Finance is the best among your list and one of top MFE programs in Europe.
you should address your concerns about jobs to the program director. few chinese students enrolled in this program, so even fewer people on the forum can help you get the right answer.
