麻烦大家指点下：这三个推荐人里怎么选两个? 顺便求鉴定。

能讲下为什么用国内的做additional呢？国内的是业内top5的公司，我在加拿大的两份工作都是不到50人的公司而已。国内大公司vs加国小公司，哪个更有分量呢？

选2个最重要的，有些学校虽然说要2份，但是实际还能让你追加一封。会有“additional　recommendation person”选项。我会选后2封做主要的，国内的做additional~

你之前没有给出公司大小规模这个量化的数据 如果这样的话，就看你想表达你哪方面的优势了。没有绝对的说法。我个人会比较倾向让有海外背景的人给我写推荐信

Hey there—happy to offer up some thoughts here.  It is actually an easy question—you will want to go with the options #1 and 2 above.  Avoid the tour guide experience—it wont make you seem very impressive to the adcoms.  Instead, you will want to work closely with the two people (eMarketing manager, and TV station) to overcome the drawbacks that you have mentioned.  For example, they don’t need to say that you were working together remotely.  This doesn’t have to be part of your letter of rec of course!  You know it and he knows it—but no need to let the adcom know.  Also, why cant you have the Chinese gentleman (who doesn’t speak English) write the letter in Chinese, then you can translate it for him?  That way, everyone wins—he writes HIS OWN rec (which is critical) and then you can send him an English document to upload.  See that?  All your problems are solved!  J  Go with numbers 1 and 2 above—and you should be in great shape this year…
