Which one is better? Smith or Kelley?

Please give me some advices which school should I go to? Maryland University Smith business school or Indiana University Kelley Business School? I have worked in HR for two years and hope to land a job in the states after graduation. Don't know which one to take. Please give me some suggestions or your opinions. Thanks

this is from Smith:As a graduate assistant, you gain in-state classification for tuition purposes, tuition remission each semester, a subsidy for health insurance, and a stipend that is issued in bi-weekly paychecks, in exchange for 180 hours of work a semester (an average of 12 hours a week). The details of your award are at the end of this email. In addition, a hard copy of this letter is being sent to you as well.


12-Hour Graduate Assistantship Award for One Year
In-state tuition status is guaranteed (for first year only)
Tuition Remission $4,440 total for one year (divided equally between your first and second semesters)
Stipend $7,300 total for one year (divided equally over the course of 9 months)

我觉得回国的话去Kelley因为名声好，留美国的话去smith，地点好一点，还有奖
