这个individual是指什么啊，特指那种私人资助的么？ 还是说存款证明是父母名字的也要让父母写个保证书？

紅字部份是說如果你現在有拿其他類簽證, (ie F2, J1, J2, H1B, H4..etc), 你ＲＥＱＵＥＳＴ要把你現在的持有簽證轉換成I-20 F1 學生簽證嗎? 如果是的話,你準備再哪裡轉換簽證呢？

如果你是第一次赴美,對你不管用

individual, 例如說如果你有私人機關幫你付學費，你需要機關開例證明它們給你多少錢資助，父母因該只需開立銀行存款證明
