What are the features of the RiverWalk Apartment?
River Walk is a new beautifulcommunity offering upscale apartment homes for Purdue University, with all theconveniences of college living.
·        WE Discount: 12% discount in 2011/12leasing year. A limited number of leases with discount for 2bed and 3bedunits. WE rate is at least 1% lower than other special or group rate. Fora limited time, current WE tenants can renew with 15% discount.
·        Leasing:    Jointly leasing for awhole unit, the rent rate is calculated for each room on average.Typically 12-month lease from Aug to July. You can apply by yourself, andask the office for roommate matching.
·        Condition: Unfurnished apartments; washer/dryer ineach unit, free internet; free breakfast. Fitness center, free tanning bed,media room, free car wash for residents.
·        RentCoverage: Sewer/trashremoving, water, internet and parking. Tenant pays rent, Electricityand cable TV (if needed).
·        AdditionalFees: Application fee: $25/person; $100security deposit. Oversea new students can pay the application fee and depositafter arrival (to get the key for move-in). Move-in date: 08/1/2011; move-outdate: 07/21/2012.
·        Bus Info:  Bronze 16 loop: To Purduecampus, every 30 minutes between 7am and 6pm, Mon-Fri in Fall and Springsemester. Passing: Lafayette downtown, State Street, University Street,Northwestern Ave. Convenient to most PU departments. Bus 1A goes to Lafayette,supermarket and many stores.
