coffeegao, I found my group from CD. Frankly speaking, my grp members helped me a lot. Or I should say we help each other a lot. They become my best friends also.

hehe. Actually u can always be iniative to call for a study grp and see any ppl in ur local area to join u. It is also a kind of leadership and organizing experience.

楼主，弱弱的问你几个问题：

1/ 你人based in Singapore，怎么join a study group啊？我想CD的人主要还是在大陆的比较多吧。group里都是有问题在线讨论？
2/ 另外，你们的study group的主要功能是不是大家GT都考完后，GT水平差不多的一些人在essay方面的讨论互帮？你们是几月份开始着手组织讨论学习的？

想申请明年的，但是俺水平太臭，估计都没组肯收留我。。。

1) I did find my study grp from CD. Trust me, in CD u can find a lot of friends in Sg. You can always form a study grp. Do not wait to join someone else. Always better to start early. We had weekly face-to-face meeting for few months.

2) For my grp, we mainly discussed schools, essays and interview.
I think it should be more efficient if all the grp members are in the same phase.
I think my grp started in May or Jun, hehe, actually I was the last one to join the grp.
But I feel very lucky I joined this grp and got to know all my awesome friends.

Just my 2 cents. Hope it can help.
