我认为是插入语，如果不是插入语，肯定要加that,因为后面是一个从句，而且，插入语的特征是：把它拿掉之后，句子的语法结构和语义仍是完整的，只是缺少了一些表达上的精确性。les说插入语去掉后意思不变的说法是错误的.og210是同位语补充。

...has unveiled (that) the thing (that it claims) is world's .....,which..

In the object clause, "that" is omitted. However, it does not cause the choice incorrect.

如果不是插入语，那么what it claims作为从句的主语出现.

既然是完整的状语从句，在GMAT中一定要有that在前面
