在A和D之间徘徊，感觉A中从句和主句都用了can，怪怪的。有人这么觉得吗？

D的due to不好，我选A。2个can应可以。

俺觉得应该是a。D选项due to后面的并列结构不对称，一个是名词短语，一个是句子。另外我觉得D里面第二个to用的很奇怪，应该去掉。只是感觉

我理解是due to their capability to ...and to ...后两个to 是并列修饰capability的。我也感觉D不好，但说不上为什么用due to 不好。

XDF说can这样的语气词如果在题干中出现，那么选项中就不能省略，省略了原文的意思就改变了，还有一些绝对意义的修饰词的位置也不能改变。像only,significant等。
