B中，lower前没有任何连词或者定语从句的which或that，那么lower.....这句做什么结构？

请问A为什么不可以？比较的就是annual per capita income，lower不是就这个比较对象的定语修饰？

income之间的比较。than in the ...没有对等的东西。所以补出了that. 后面跟of比较合适。

选A是理解为，lower直接跟在income后面作定语修饰，than后面省略比较的东西，补充出不同的部分，在这里就是时间状语。

否定A的话，错误点在哪里？我能想到的只有，
1) 前后时态不一致，lower than后需补充所比较的东西。
2) 选A的话，lower than前面没有逗号引起歧义

a 里面lower than ...这部分是修饰income的，如果去掉in，我觉得句子成立。有了in就需要改。

可以接受。

B is ...state, with..., lower than...。这样的结构。
可以说：Shanghai is China's richest city, with an annual per capita income of $3500, higher than most cities of the asia pacific area.
