请大家帮忙分析一下，为什么现在一个offer也没有

本人情况： G 720 T 102 GPA 3.35， 24岁，国内一般211，工科背景， F500外企2Y+，无海外经历，全部R2 提交申请；
推荐人：公司部门经理+央企高管

申请了一堆学校从top5到top60，有的面试not invited，有的面试完被拒，有的面试完就没消息了，有的一直没消息。

总而言之，现在一个Offer都没有，也许2011没戏了，准备布局2012。

请大家帮忙分析一下问题出在哪：分太低？年纪太小？背景一般？申请晚了？essay 写的太差？一头雾水。。。。

过来的申请人一般告诉我不要超过5个学校，1 reach school+2match schools+2safe schools

你essay写的能感动自己么？觉得自己哪里比较出众？目标是否可行？有什么闪光点发掘了出来？你那个央企高管对你有多熟悉，推荐信写得好不好？

The advices above all make sense. One other thing I could think of.

Maybe your short-term/long-term career goals are either not realistic or don't need an MBA to achieve? Linking your post-MBA goals to your current experience and the MBA education is very important.

和我一样的情况。。。好悲催。不是年龄问题。。。我拿了6个面试阿。到现在一个OFFER还没有，我在深刻怀疑我的表达能力有问题。。。
