求助！！Texa A&M的MSA拒信上有没有这段话啊？？？是什么意思啊？

Should your timeline for pursuing a Master of Accounting change and you wish to apply to the Mays Master of Accounting again in the future, know that your records will be kept on file in the admissions office for one year. You may receive consideration for admission to a future semester by submitting a new application, application fee, and transcripts for any additional coursework that you complete.

学校把你的材料保存一年吧。。。如果你还要申的话把新的材料发过去比如GT新的成绩神马的。。其他的比如成绩单应该就不用再寄了也许是这个意思（同被TAMU拒掉）
