情况是这个样子的，我春假回国，回来的时候是3月12号
然后5月6毕业
如果我3月12号回来申请OPT的话，能在毕业以前拿到EAD Card么？

Suppose you have a good academic standing and prepare all things in a time manner, USCIS may receive your full application packate before April 10, and allow this low efficiency institute 45-60 days to process your application, you may receive your EAD card by the end of June.

agree with above. I got mine after 2.5 months, and my classmate got his after 3 months. It's not as fast as I expect.

Remember you only have 60 days graceful period after your graduation date.
