回楼上几位同学，我背景其实很一般，没master degree，GMAT/GRE都不高，本科在美国一家没名气的文理学院读的，现在在美联储做RA，没有别的工作经历。仅有的亮点可能就是跟本科的老师有篇forthcoming paper在低档杂志上。个人感觉现在finance program可能比较看重economics background，我本科是econ math double major

这背景已经很好了，美联储做RA的经历+paper+美国undergrad比我的强多了。完全被你dominate了。加油，祝你成功拿下offer!然后给Prof. Back捎个口信说大家很生气。
