求助：关于DePaul的 financial document

在申请的时候就已经一起寄去中国银行开的存款证明，冻结到去年12月30日的。收到邮件，说要重新寄一个corrected document。
原文要求如下：

The following documents are needed in order to issue you a SEVIS I-20:

>An original bank statement - This needs to be issued less than 6 months
from today's date, showing your sponsors name in English, and showing at
least $42,520 USD in liquid funds. These funds cannot be frozen, they
must be available to you right away.

cannot be frozen,那是什么形式的
其他学校都没有问题，金额也足够，咋的D家就不行类。
哪位大哥大姐有知情的还望给予帮助。thx!

就是说你存款证明已经过期了吧。。
很想去Depaul的话你就再去开一个好了，冻结时间推到六个月以后~~

他家要liquid funds, 开了证明就是frozen的，有点无语
