Help!!!??? what dose that mean?

I sent my transcript to Adcomm, but my mail status in canadapost website is "Item arrived at postal facility. Item on hold."

Dose this ever happened to anyone else? or just me.  When the canadapost will release my package? Any advise will be appreciated.....thanks~~~~`

Four days ago, i called the post agency and they reply to me that my mail status was overlaped and my letter will be delivered in 2 days.  However, it seems they had eaten their word. I believe they didn't really help to check my mail, instead they just stalled off me.
