国内的银行都是要有价证券或房产作抵押的，还只能贷出70%-80%，LZ名下要是没房子，怎么可能把爸妈住的房子抵押出去？

近来很多学长学姐都谈到了HK的offer有很多好处！

我想问一下，大家在哥大MBA前都是有过IB背景的人吗？之前都是什么背景呢？

我是国内top 4里面一所的小本。。之后可能去一个哥大的暑期program, 不知道这种program,对于以后申请哥大的MBA有没有点什么帮助呢？？

诶，主要是走的地方多了，客户难免招待下，就体会了下各地的特色。。。。荷兰的金发妹问我要开发票么。。。我说这哪位大人出来玩还要报销的。

总体来说，推荐泰国mm还是不错的，但是要分清楚人妖跟泰国妹，我朋友遇到过一次，还好及时发现。跑路了。。。好险，好险。。。

People come to this forum mainly for one cause -to explore the possibility of studying a master degree in business administration. But unlike others, once you get here, you just sit on the ground and start to mock others who walk pass you. Is this the true reason why you are here? You can look in to my eyes and tell me honestly that you have never thought about get an MBA?

1. Get defensive wont change you or your life. Instead, first spend sometime reflecting is probably more sensible.

2. Age does not equal to experience and neither does experience equal to awareness.

3. Whether you broke the law or not is of my faintest interest, what I was saying is you do not have the balls to confront yourself and you are a wimp.

Mate, you need to grow up and quick. Clearly, you cannot see the difference between chase dream and chase death.
