呵呵，说说我的观点，好像是参考了范文的：

on the one hand, those who have shown they can perform the same tasks they required of others are easily to be accepted by their suboedinates. for example, John  Chambers,CEO of Cisco Systems. And Sam Palmisano, CEO of IBM.

on the other hand, as a leader, he or she not only has special skills but also possesses the managment ability. for example, the former CEO of IBM ,Lou Gerstner.

Admittedly, becoming a leader doesn't mean that the person must be able to do everything he requires of others, and that is impossible for a person to grasp all kind of technology and skill.
