我的问题是E选项中，og的解释，关于最后的is，og说is violates parallelism，为什么呢？因为是now included，为什么不用现在时的be动词呢？如果去掉E这个first made...，然后E改成laws that was an....and are对不对呢？我关键是不明白这个is为什么violates parallelism，不是laws that was...and is...嘛？求指点~~

应该是吧 OG给的解释 "the noun phrase identifies and explains the law"
我想问 到底是要laws 后面的部分到底是修饰laws还是one？
为什么OG对B的解释说which指代不明
which不是可以根据单复数确定指代的是哪个么

在做GMAT题目的时候，我们要做的是努力去理解在GMAC的眼中,哪些是精准的表达。在GMAT中，大多数情况下which都存在指代不明的问题。且在无其他错误的情况下，同位语的修饰是优于定语从句的。

1)  2楼的关于平行的解释是对的。
2）an observation是作为one of ...'s law中one的同位语，同位语（还有其他所有的名词的修饰成分）可以修饰A OF B的A或者B，具体看A of B哪个是核心词。
3）这个我也有点疑问。。
名词的修饰成分包括同位语都是可以跳跃修饰核心词的。。
而且PREP和manhattan上都说which修饰对象在独立主语/独立宾语结构中可以不用紧邻，而根据逻辑含义判断。
所以我想应该这里managed to win a patent for one of Kirchhoff’s laws可能就是既非独立主语 也不是独立宾语的状况，所以which只能就近修饰，不能跳跃修饰one，而变成了修饰laws。就不一致了。
