1. 如果你指的是academic wise, 我相信Top 10商学院的教学质量都是相差不多的。如果是recruiting, 在Kellogg有很强大的Investment Banking Capital Markets Club. 同学之间都很互相帮忙。二年纪的学长更是给与很大的支持。相比其他几家以finance为主的学校，那种aggressiveness, competitiveness要少很多。特别是女生方面做banking的就更少了。所以资源很丰富，竞争压力又少很多。

1. 印象最深的就是teamwork. 不管是作业还是学生活动，Kellogg非常注重团队精神。特别是最近的找工作高峰，各个行业领域都有自己的IPG Group (Interview Prep Group). 大家互相帮忙，互相提高。还有就是在找工作的过程中，二年纪的同学给予很多无私的帮助，他们会尽量抽出时间陪你联系和做准备。Kellogg给我感觉是一个人性味很重的学校。
2. Kellogg有专门的sustainability club 和courses. 通过学校网站可以了解到很多。但是总的来说不是一个有很多人关注的sector.

各位kellogg校友，有两个问题：
1/能不能share一下kellogg哪里最让你们感到印象深刻
2/kellogg sustainability的资源有哪些呢，学生和校友从事的这个领域的人多吗？

Right now we are still going through recruiting process. For consulting and banking, internship offers will come in a week or two. In terms of full time offer, I can only speak of consulting. Generally speaking, consulting firms will give out much less internship opportunities. For example McKinsey BTO Chicago office only gave three offers last summer, but for full time it gave out 18 offers. So some students who did summer internship in corporate firms or other industries still got full times offers from MBB.

Entrepreneurship is actually a very hot area at Kellogg. We have our own entrepreneurship club, and school does put a lot of focus on encouraging students pursue this career. I think it's probably less popular than schools at west coast considering the atmosphere there. But certainly you can find your own crowd and get lots of support at Kellogg.

any idea about the ful time offer last year?
is entrepreneurship a less popular thing in Kellogg?

Kellogg中国学生绝对人数少，finance方面更没几个申请的，但也有几个DB、UBS的offer，还有pe/vc的。consulting方面，美国office正在第二轮中，中国office结束了，以人次计算起码有4、5个offer了吧。

Full time今年超级好，你问到mgmt consulting，听说offer数量今年破纪录，光McKinsey就招了70多个，很多人都有multiple offers。

I was interviewed on 1/31, but haven't heard anything from the school up to today. May I ask how long the waiting process usually is or have you heard anything from the admission regarding rd2 admission?

我上个月结束了R2的面试，想了解一下前几届中国人录取的有多少？Kellogg对于录取亚洲学生特别是中国学生有什么特别的政策吗？比如倾向开拓亚洲市场或者没有任何的倾向。另外就是面试在kellogg的录取中到底有多大的影响？谢谢
