This is a good question, can I think a few minutes?
Hey there—there are no secrets here sadly. All you can do, is practice! The good news though is that MBA interviews are notooooriously easy. So you should be able to practice, and almost MEMORIZE your answers. Now, be very careful of course—if it sounds like you have memorized your answers, that would be bad. But if you practice a lot, then you should be able to make it sound as though your English is much better than it actually is! Just practice. Then practice some more. Then some more. You will be able to make it seem as though you speak very well, so long as the interviewer keeps asking you easy questions that you have prepared. Good luck!
