Application package submitted on Dec. 6th - the final round due for international student. & was interviewed via skype on Jan. 10th by adcom officer, received email offer on Jan. 18th, accepted the offer on Ivey Inside Track.

Background:

low GMAT, average TOFEL,
7 years working experience, 2 colorful years in various industries & 5+ years in banking (GM office - Ops - Risk + Gov Relations).
Good GPA.
Strong recommendations.
Everything DIY + generous help from friends, my lovely friends.

面试很正式,面试官阅人无数.
除了基础问题why ivey, why mba, self-intro以外都是集中在我的银行经历上, 有些也不好准备,因为会顺着我讲的经历问下去,比如在这个项目上你起了哪些作用,遇到什么棘手问题等等。也问了些对其他金融机构的想法,对自己现在工作的想法等等.从晚上10点基本到11点.
每个人性格不同，想法不同, 互相选择而已. 多微笑!
