就是他不会用雅思或者托福来卡你，如果LSE决定要你了，才会要求你的雅思或者托福达到一定的分数，也就是conditional offer，英国的学校都是这么操作的

就是说你必须要提交一个t和鸭子成绩，但是不用现在就提交，如果你录取的话会告诉你需要考到多少分，到校注册之前把分数给他就好了
