这个题是不是一样呢，因为the ones后边有定语killed by bee stings， 所以就不是特指前边的people killed by the white shark。

如果说ones不是特指前边的people，那是特指什么呢？代词的出现必须要有指向而不会凭空出现
这里应该还考虑have been的平行
至于B选项的省略，虽然笔记上说不太好，但我觉得也还说得通，比较结构两边的主语相同时主语可省
