Note to international students: If your official transcript is in a language other than English, then official, original language transcripts must be accompanied by a certified English translation that evaluates the degree for equivalency to degrees awarded in the United States, and provides information to enable the interpretation of grades. Translations that are obtained locally and notarized are acceptable.

所说的Certified English translation是否意味着成绩单需要做WES？
