Drivers should pay a certain fee to the drive in the city street during the busiest hour of a day

Traffic jam is a headache problem in worldwide region. Is it the best solution which drivers should pay an extra fee during the busiest hours? My answer is basically yes, because its effect is essentially positive.
In the beginning, maybe some drivers oppose executing this new method, no one an extract fee for driving in a crowd traffic flow and moving slowly for couple hours. So authorities in the society have to explain the purpose of the method clearly. In my point of view, if the purpose can be spread fairly and logically that the executing won’t be a terrible problem.
Then if the policy issued, amount of relevant vehicles driving in the city streets should be diminished immediately.  Since Pressure of traffic would be remitted, it is predicable that a number of drivers who don’t desire to pay the extra fee will chose another way of transportation in the rush hours like bikes or public traffic. The survey polled by China daily shows that Shanxi, which is a province of China, remitted its traffic pressure of cities after it publish the policy of traffic tax.
After that, people who ride their own cars in the rush hours change to take bus or subway, toxic air released by automobiles could lessen dramatically. The air released from cars contains some elements like carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide, which would deteriorate the atmosphere. With decreasing contaminated air, circumstance will be relived. As consequences, these polluted air would cause warm house and open a hole in atmosphere, then the harmful solar ray radiated on the surface of earth would intensified. Maybe the scene in the movie “The day after tomorrow” will become reality.
The more vehicles on the road the higher rate of traffic accident will be, and its opposite side is also correct, there is no way around the fact that the accident in traffic can be reduced with the extra fee method executing. Less tragedy happens, more happiness appears. That is a fascinating news for everyone whatever drivers or walkers. General 2 million people die from accident linked to traffic every year, which means more than 2 million families are broke up because of careless in driving. So many lives haven’t bloomed but gone perpetually.
Finally, with the increasing of amount of people riding public traffic income pertain to authorities will increase severe. Then the surplus money can be use in purchasing more advanced and comfortable bus, trim the subway station or the trains, furthermore these conduct can attract even more people to ride public traffic and abundant their own vehicles. This is a virtuous circle for human society.
Despite extract fee increase the burden of drivers but it can convert to a good effect to circumstance we worked at, the earth lived in and the people we loved. All in all, the measure could bring us not only fluent traffic but also smile on people’s face.
