那为什么D选项的injured不能看做修饰语，修饰主语 它的结构就变为 joined...., injured......(修饰), and was discharged......joined 和was discharged 并列

A and B (B=c1+c2)好像也是可以，这里后面两个的动作是有因果关系的，但好像没怎么见到过这种平行，似乎都是 a, b, and c

injured 是被动，不可能自己伤到自己
其次，不加was 可以视为分词，有修饰歧义

我想知道的是 injured前面的was为何不能省略呢？记得有人说过如果会造成歧义的话，就不能省，但是这里injured如果表示主动，那么后面必须有宾语才行啊，这里没有宾语，直接injured也可以表示被伤害的意思吧？就像OG68题那样the first trenches (that were ) cut into a 500-acre site at TH.这里的were 为何可以省略的？
