瑞曼波学院和Devry University--it used to be on line school. Not recommend it, since Asian people normally have a negative association with the On-line degrees.

Brookdale Community College  

Middlesex County College  --I used to live near by, it is in Edison, NJ.
Mercer County Community College
These are all Community College, which means they only have Associate Degree, No Bachelor Degrees. It may be good idea for language studies.

Regarding Ranking, they are all not even listed for any kind of tier-ranking.

Devry is an online and "for profit" school. Do not attend.

Other ones are 2-year community colleges. You must transfer to a 4-yr college after 60 credits if you want a bachelors degree.
