请教大家关于网申时候填本科学校的一个问题

大家好，请教大家一个问题啊，在网申master项目填写本科学校的时候，有两个位置：

Part I: Qualifications Obtained
Part II: Current Academic Studies
(Complete this section if you are still enrolled for a degree or diploma at an institution and have not completed all requirements for its award, including passing final examinations. University regulation prohibits concurrent registration by a student of this University for another post-secondary qualification either at this University or at another institution, unless approval of the University's Senate has been obtained in advance. A candidate in breach of this regulation may be required to discontinue his/her studies at this University.)


然后有一句关于填写方法的介绍：
Information about qualifications obtained should be entered into Part I and information about current academic studies that have NOT yet been completed should be entered into Part II.


我现在是本科大四在读。
我理解网申系统的意思就是如果已经取得了学位，就填part1里面；如果像我这样还属于在读生，就填part2里面。请问大家是这个意思吗？


（关于part1的qualification，可以肯定的是它就是专科、本科、硕士等，而不是指CFA,CPA那种专业证书，因为后面还有一栏professional qualification专门是填这种专业证书的）
