我以前发邮件给小米的回复如下：

Dear .......,

Thank you for your interest in the Master of Science in Finance at The George Washington University School of Business. At a minimum,  applicants to the MSF Program must present a bachelor's degree with 6 credit hours in economics, 6 credit hours in mathematics (including 3 credit hours in calculus), and three credits each in financial accounting, managerial finance, and statistics. All prerequisites must be taken prior to admission. Additional course work, and/or relevant work experience in the above areas are viewed favorably in the selection process. We strongly recommend at least two years of work experience to be competitive, internships are not generally considered work experience. The minimum GMAT score we accept is a 590, average score is a 660. If you do not hold a degree from a US/UK accredited university you must take the TOEFL, minimum accepted score is an 80.

we cannot refer it to the admission committee for evaluation until you have completed 16 years of education and graduated, and until we have received your final official transcript and diploma, or at least after receiving a sealed letter from the university registrar stating EXACTLY that you "have successfully fulfilled ALL the requirements for the four-year undergraduate degree (including the thesis or dissertation, if any) that you will receive in June."

这个是说，学校无法证明你已经有16年的教育背景并且都毕业了。他们不知道你是不是都拿到学位了（比如说本科学位)


信上面还说，如果你在六月2011年前寄，只要fall2010有空位，你还是有希望的
