求助高手~！在temple网站上明明看到写着的是Please note that an evaluation by WES is NOT required. The WES website is simply a resource for you to use to ensure that you submit the proper documentation to Temple University.

下面写的是，国际学生必须寄送transcript
must be sent signed and sealed directly from the parent institution(s) to the Temple University department or program to which you are applying

它说直接从学校寄送是什么意思，那我们从学校开的那种信封，不能由我们直接寄给他们吗？？？
到底还需不需要wes呢？？
现在12.15快到Deadline了~！急啊~！！！！！！！！！！！！！在线等~~~~
