这个题目释义中，好像中英文不符啊。英文的意思不是说，原来的设计是将重心放在金属中心处，铁饼现在是放在边缘？？。。不是应该也说重心吗？ 所以我感觉C这个答案跟原文想表达的意思不大一样。  看了好久都没理解到。。希望XDJM给解释解释。

这里lead是名词，意思是铅
铁饼现在的设计是把铅圈在边缘
