It's pointless to say "只要工作经验够硬". If you were Jack Ma you don't even need GMAT. Among the flocks of competent shitizens who want an MBA your GMAT does matter. Also remember, you're a consulting guy who wants to do consulting after MBA, a 700 score hardly proves your intelligence.

I don't think Jack Ma is a good example here. I think what he is trying to say is, if you worked three years as IBD Analyst in Goldman or Consultant at Mckinsey, even your GMAT is 700, you still got very high chance to Harvard or Wharton.

pat pat..... nothing to be worried about, only 3.5 years of experience, you are still young man. i would suggest you re-take your GMAT, as i watched this interview vedio with Columbia Biz school admission director on youtube, she said: CBS believes each candidate's potential, so do your best on GMAT. i think to apply M7 biz school, a mere 700 GMAT is not convincing given so many students achieved 750+. i hope this helps man.
your working experience is not that super great compared to IB and consulting i would say, but i do think it is more than enough. ECA is awesome too..... keep your faith, you will end up well. add oil!!
Priorities in good essay, personal view. 1. Logic connecting your past experience to current position and to future long-term/short-term goals 2. Be yourself/uniqueness Since working experience is not what we can change, so we'd better work harder on 1 and 2.
