抱歉我又看了一下，原文这么说的：
- Unofficial Academic Credentials
Transcrips / academic records (and diplomas or certificates of degrees if your degree is awarded and not listed on your trsnscript) must be uploaded directly to the online application. English translations should also be uploaded if the credentials are not in English.
- Official Academic Credentials
All credential uploaded to the online application are considered unofficial. You will only be asked to submit official or attested credentials (transcripts, academic records, diplomas, certificates of degrees, et.) in a sealed envelope, with a certification stamp across the seal, if you are admitted. These must be submitted during your first term of enrollment at the University of Illinois.
All students that require a student visa to enroll at the University of Illinois must provide evidence of financial support before the University can provide the appropriate visa procurement documents (I20 or DS 2019).
All applicants requiring a visa must submit a completed and signed Evidence of Financial Support form along with documents evidencing funds. The University has strict requirements as to which assets and funds are allowed to be used to evidence financial support. Please read the requirements carefully before submitting your financial documentation. All these documents must be scanned and uploaded in the on-line application.
