急求！！depaul寄成绩单问题

请问有了解depaul需要怎么寄成绩单的吗？看到上面的要求：Applicants should write to the Registrar of each school attended, requesting that an official transcript be sent to the student. When you have received all the necessary transcripts, YOU should submit them to the graduate school office at the address below in their original envelopes with your name and social security number noted. We will then add the transcripts to your admission file。意思是我可以直接由学校签名封口然后自己在学校附近的邮局寄出吗（填学校的地址）？还是一定要先从学校寄到自己家再寄出呢？
