Just a thought from a Haas Alumn perspective- Everyone will define leadership differently and it's important to ask yourself first what leadership mean to you. I feel despite the fact that all top MBA are looking for students who are likely to succeed in the future, not every school definte MBA the same way. For example, When I was studying at Haas 3 years ago (class of 2009) The school define leadership as " Leadership about who you are to inspire others to act" - Which is why I feel the Haas admission really want to understand who you are before admitting prospective students
