不知道你选哪个？
尽量避免用习惯搭配作选择，
另外，我认为，你上面列的用法也是正确的。

aimed at doing sth 只能作定语，明确修饰前面的名词，
而with the aim to do sth,作定语或作全句状语的作用模糊，不明确，所以不中选。
虽然这两项都满足了结构的平行。
