问题：B选项中的one指代前面的executive还是a course of action?根据语义判断应该是指代后者，但是根据鄙人自己总结的“代词的指代用法”（优先指代前句的主语）则指代的是前者...

ones是不是就近指代中心词而且泛指呀，那指代中心词的话是不是只指代action？我语法很差，不明白
