我今天网申的时候那个学校说申请时间30分钟，请确保已经准备好所有材料。进去第一步是填信息，然后扣钱，后面再传材料吧。How to apply 里也就说是网申和材料要求。我没敢交钱进入下面因为它说30分钟，什么推荐信成绩单难道用电子稿上传吗,那不是没有盖章了吗？还有雅思成绩单怎么传啊？ 如果30分钟没弄完，下次难道会再扣一次申请费吗？
