The essay question is designed to challenge students by asking them to face their own integrity. We are looking for honest answers that address the applicant's ability to create a community of trust in their workplace and their ability to make difficult decisions when faced with issues that may have different resolutions depending on the importance of the financial bottom line versus the ethical bottom line. We are looking for applicants that can address the issues of personal integrity versus collective integrity and the challenges that can stem from a having a "one or the other" mentality. We would then like students to authentically speak to how their personal integrity is driving their choice of career specializations and their goals.

MBA Team Wisconsin的MBA值得一提的还有它的MBA Team。每个人都被安排在一个5个人的MBA Team里面，这些人将在一起完成很多核心课程的项目。如一些课程的case/project的report，以及综合公司分析项目(integrated companyanalysis)，整合第一学期核心课程知识对一家公司进行分析。几乎每个小组的每个成员的背景都不一样（可能一个小组聚集了品牌/营销/证券分析/音乐家/运营管理背景，另一个小组则是财务/贸易/房地产投资/人力资源/IT等的组合），其职业方向也不一样，每个组也有男和女，美国学生和国际学生的搭配（一般是4位美国学生加1位国际学生）。在紧密合作和沟通的过程中，不同背景和视角的碰撞都将让人受益很多，作为国际学生，个人感觉受益更加明显。
