大家看E说的是before requiring regeneration，但是依然要用regeneration。因此没有减弱
而B说 proportionately 。成本和销量成比例上升，则利润上升，这是肯定的，因此没有消弱，反而略微加强。

首先，B不对，因为一般来讲，生产的越多，平均到每个产品上的cost越低，所以不是proportionately

至于E，原文说了两点
1。如果传的远，信号会变弱，所以需要regeneration
2。文章最后一句说，if new long-distance fiber-optic telecommunications networks are constructed，那么light-line will more benefit
既然说了if, 就表明long-distance fiber blah blah is still UNDER CONSTRUCTION

所以，相比较其他而言，选E

我是新手，个人意见，仅供参考

个人感觉也选E， D的话其实太多不确定因素，毕竟题目中考虑的是利润问题，还原到现实生活中的话。有存在不代表regeneration的技术不会有利润，比如说现在有3G技术，我们的GSM 2.5G网络照样疯狂赚钱中。相比较来说，E更严谨，毕竟是直接在影射行业内竞争了。而题目中是假定light-line会成为leading的

谈谈我的想法哈~
B---labor与material为无关选项，并没有削弱到stimulus（ST）的推理，因为ST中的逻辑是：regenerator需求的增长---->LL公司的巨大收入（一定要好好体会一下这种感觉，很多迷惑项都是看似削弱了结论，但其实并非是和ST中逻辑链相关的，这种感觉越好，那么在做题的时候不用怎么分析就可以直接判断是错误选项了~）
D---也是一个迷惑项，看似削弱了结论，但其实也是无关。结论中有一个if从句对于理解这个选项比较关键，if new long-distance fiber-optic telecommunications networks are constructed，即结论成立的条件是在这种长距离 FO通讯网络建立的基础上，因此D提到了新技术，那么离开了这个条件，就是错的...
E----我认为是是正确选项，这种新的regeneration技术（首先，明确是和结论成立的条件相关的）可以很多倍的增加regenerator前的传输距离，注意many times！！！可以这样理解，这种新技术增加的倍数如果越大，那么所需要的LL公司的regenerator的订单就越少，并且是many times，所以也就是great decrease of the LL's order，因此，削弱结论~
