You may be your only employee, but you could of course still be a leader. After all, leadership requires vision which you could do alone. The trick though is, to accomplish juuust about anything GREAT—anything big that inspires people, you will need to eventually rely on other people. So even if you only have two people at a company, there is a good chance that if you are describing a great achievement, you HAVE led other people. Theyre just not in your same company, that’s all.
