排出D的原因是因为because of后面应该接名词或者是名词短语，这里a law passed in 1933 making it a crime ，making it a crime是现在分词做后置定语修饰law吗？如果是这样的话，那么because of+n+分词修饰n这样的结构是可以的是吗？
再就是请问一下A错在什么地方呢？
