1、Activities and Achievements
Extracurricular/Community activities.
List your extracurricular/community activities listing clearly the Activity, Position held, Responsibilities and Duration. List them in order of importance to you, with most important listed first.
这个课外课程/社区活动，各位一般都写点什么内容，能否举几个例子。我个人由于学习工作繁忙，也没做过什么志愿者之类的，实在也搞不清应该写点什么，请各位牛牛指点。


Scholarly and/or Professional achievements.
List recognitions for scholarly achievements (such as awards, honorary societies, scholarships), professional societies, articles or books published, papers presented, research inventions or any other creative work.
我是工程师，得到的奖励很多是本公司内部的（央企内部），这些奖励也可以作为achievement写上去嘛？比如：十佳员工之类？

2、关于essay的第二个问题
The Tepper School’s culture relies on all members to be active contributors to our community. With your values, experiences, and interests, how will you make a unique contribution to the Tepper community? Your examples may include: classroom interaction, student activities, career development, community service, etc.
这个问题是不是要写点，你能为你的班级带来什么，各位能否给些例子或提示，谢谢！

Yes!This is exactly what they want to hear about.Any awards at all—not just a “promotion,” but “best employees,” best of the best, etc.That is precisely what is supposed to go here.

Again, this will stem from aspects of your background OTHER than work, ideally. Do you have an international background ? Have you travelled a lot with work?Have you done any cool extra-curricular experiences?Like singing or dancing?If so, you could talk about those things as ways to enrich the class.Starting a singing club, doing their annual musical show, etc.start in this essay w your extra-curriculars.Once you have exhausted those, look to other aspects of your background—perhaps the way you were raised, your family, your passions—this is the place to talk about stuff OTHER than work.
